I am passionate about fitness and my joy is passing this enthusiasm to others.
Having been a professional Ballet Dancer, Pilates has been an integral part of my life for many years. It has seen me through injuries, accidents and life’s stresses! Having experienced what Pilates had done for me as a dancer I trained and gained my qualifications as a Pilates Teacher at The London Institute of Pilates.
Once retired from dancing I replaced Ballet with……….running! Living in such a beautiful part of the country, it is a pleasure to run the many trails and paths we have at hand. Half marathons to marathons are my preferred distances although my Husband is trying to persuade me to go ‘ultra’!
I also compete in Triathlons and together with my Hubby travel all over the world to compete.
Compounding all my passions, I became a Personal Trainer 10 years ago. I work with clients of all ages, sizes and abilities- all wanting 1 thing……..to get fitter! We don’t stop there though! I can help in all aspects of a Client’s Lifestyle including diet, injuries and rehab, posture and goal setting.
Above all though, I want my clients to enjoy the experience of training and enjoy becoming the best that they can be.
I have taught group exercise classes for 10 years, ranging from Spinning to Circuits, New York Ballet Classes, group Pilates and now Bootcamps.
I also work with Young Adults. Working to create fitter, healthier lifestyles- generally using the ‘great outdoors’ as our playground!
I love what I do, I believe my enthusiasm drives my clients on and which is why together…….we achieve ‘milestones’!
